Funeral Director-Embalmer / Crematory Operator
Andy is a 1989 graduate of CCBC in Catonsville, Maryland. Andy is national board certified to practice by the Conference of Funeral Service Examining Board. Licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, Maryland and Ontario, Canada as a Funeral Director and Embalmer. A Certified Crematory Operator by the Cremation Association of North America. Andy has served in the funeral industry for over 38 years.

Funeral Service Assistant and CCO
Marron Casto serves as a Funeral Service Assistant and a Crematory Operator. Marron is a 2024 Graduate of Point Park University and the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, both located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Marron is a Certified Crematory Operator from CANA and a Certified Crematory Practitioner from the National Funeral Directors Association. Since recently locating to the state of Georgia, Marron is honored to serve families in Augusta and the surrounding areas in their time of need.

Funeral Service Assistant and CCO
Marron Casto serves as a Funeral Service Assistant and a Crematory Operator. Marron is a 2024 Graduate of Point Park University and the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, both located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Carolyn Phiniezy Neal
Detail Clerk and Death Record Specialist
A native of Aiken, South Carolina. Carolyn is married to Robert Neal. She was previously employed with the South Carolina Highway Patrol and South Carolina Judicial System for a total of 36 years. Attended Piedmont Technical College, Greenwood, South Carolina and graduated in 2013 with a degree in Funeral Services. She has worked in funeral services for 15 years.

As a compassionate and dedicated professional with 7 years of experience in the Cemetery and Funeral Industry, Gina has built a reputation for providing exceptional care and service to families and individuals during their most difficult times. Hailing from North Augusta, SC, she has a deep understanding of the importance of dignity, respect, and compassion in all aspects of life.
When not serving others, Gina can be found pursuing their passions for horses, camping, and travel. These interests have instilled a sense of adventure and a love for the great outdoors.
