William Brooks McKenzie

March 15, 1957 – March 17, 2022

Brooks McKenzie entered into rest at Doctors Hospital on March 17, 2022 after a brief illness.

Brooks was a lifelong resident of Augusta. He is predeceased by his parents Dr. John W. McKenzie and Elizabeth “Betty” McKenzie and his brother, John Ward McKenzie, Jr.

Brooks is survived by his 2 sisters: Ann Edwards (Fred) and Emily Menard-McKenzie (Sharon) and his niece and nephew, Lauren Edwards and Spencer Edwards.

Brooks loved singing, dancing, listening to Elvis and singing Amazing Grace. He was a long time resident of Soto ALG and had amazing support from the community. Brooks brought love and joy to all who knew him! He will be greatly missed.
