Survived by , Sons Charles Steven James, Thomas Craig Overstreet; Grandsons Asher Drake James, Bellamy Blake James; Father William Thomas Overstreet, Sr.; Life long partner Anita Melton ; Sisters Sheri Michelle Overstreet, Wendi Denise Hudson, Michelle Overstreet Cordell, Amanda Lee Overstreet, Jessica Overstreet Proman, Christina Overstreet San Miguel.

Preceded in death by son Samuel Luke Overstreet and his Mother Sandra Diane Fanning.
