William “Bill” Robert DeGroat passed away on September 26, 2025.
He was born in Port Jervis, New York on January 11, 1964.
Bill is survived by his sisters, Cindy Lou (Lewis) Smith and Penny Ann DeGroat; brother, Frank (Janice) DeGroat; nieces, Crystal DeGroat, Courtney Laird and Anastasia Smith; Great-Aunts, Edie Nicolas and Helen Howell.
He is preceded in death by parents, Lewis E. DeGroat and Faye M. Pilger; grandparents, Lewis DeGroat, Mable DeGroat, William R. Pilger and Estella Pilger.
