Augusta, GA. Walter “Joe” Joseph Jarvis, III, age 59, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014. Joe was born January 5, 1955 in Savannah, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter J. Jarvis, Jr. and Joan Cornell Salinas.And 2 brothers, Dennis Paul Jarvis and Anthony Heath. He is survived by his sisters and brothers: Carol Krepps, Robert Jarvis, Juanita Perkins and Jesse Perkins.
