Troy Rhodes, 59, of Burke County, Georgia, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2026, in Burke County, Georgia.

Troy was born in Augusta, Georgia, on December 20, 1966, to Betty Templeton and John Rhodes, Sr. He married the love of his life, Terrie Rhodes, on August 25, 1989, in Augusta, Georgia.

Troy was preceded in death by his father, John Rhodes, Sr.; his sister, Donna Rhodes and his sister, Bobby Rhodes.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Terrie Rhodes; his children, Troy Rhodes Jr., Ashley Robinson (Corey Robinson), and Brandon Rhodes; his mother, Betty Dixon; and his brother, John Rhodes.

Troy was a proud grandfather to Jayden Phillips, Kinley Robinson, Brittany Rhodes, Brandon Rhodes, Jr, and Dean Rhodes.

The family of Troy Rhodes would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Heartland Hospice and to all of the nurses and aides who provided compassionate care, comfort, and support throughout this journey. Your kindness and dedication will always be remembered and deeply appreciated.
