A young, beautiful, highly active creative being, Tiarra Tatianna Boelter who was born September 12, 1981 to parents of Alesia Deneen Boelter and Derrail Scott in Olympian Fields, Illinois. Tiarra lived in Chicago, Illinois till age four, then relocated to Tucson, Arizona. Tiarra’s next plateau, at age 17, was Honolulu, Hawaii, then she embarked shortly upon Murfreesboro, Tennessee, her final destination at age twenty-four was Martinez, Georgia. Tiarra embraced eternal light in Harlem, Georgia on January 11, 2026 at 7:57 PM.
Tiarra earned her High School Diploma at Waukegan High School as Suma Cum Laude honor student, she earned her Bachelor’s in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University with a minor in Marine Biology, then attained a Master of Business Administration degree from Hawaii Pacific University, graduating with distinguished honor.
Tiarra served in diverse Human Resource capacities for multiple corporations and held a range of positions with the Department of Defense. Her final role was an IT Deputy Program Manager at ManTech.
During her vibrant youth, Tiarra poured her heart into signing, track and basketball. A talented performer, she also graced the stage in many plays directed by her mother.
Tiarra met her husband, Jaumaka Lyons, and to this union was born the Princess Zoe Dennetta Lyons. Three years later, they welcomed her sister, Zauna Anneva Lyons, the Joy of her life. Tiarra was also a phenomenal step mom to his eldest son, Zeyon Elijah Lyons.
Tiarra embraced motherhood with a profound, joyful enthusiasm. An unwavering and unequivocal advocate for her children, she served as the visionary architect of their success, shielding them with her strength and championing their every dream. Tiarra’s motherhood was characterized by an unassailable dedication and a maternal grace that served as a guiding light, fueling her children’s ambitions and nurturing their spirits. She offered effervescent encouragement that fueled their energy ambition.
In a beautiful new chapter of her life, Tiarra shared with her dear friend, Bruce. Their bond was a profound testament to friendship and devotion. So much so, that Bruce was preparing a surprise proposal to honor the deep friendship they were building together.
Tiarra was preceded by her grandparents William Donald Boelter and Reverend Anna Thelca Boelter. Tiarra leaves behind mother, Alesia Deneen Boelter, Daughters, Zoe Dennetta Lyons and Zauna Anneva Lyons. And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate at Fairhaven Funeral Home, 3507 Wrightsboro Road Augusta, GA 30909 for visitation on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The memorial service will follow at 12:00 p.m. Guests are welcome to join the family for a repast from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., after which interment will take place at Bellevue Memorial Gardens, 4501 Wrightsboro Road Grovetown, GA 30813 at 2:30 p.m.
