Terry Alan Cox

Terry Alan Cox, 68, of Harlem, GA, passed away on July 31, 2026 in Augusta GA.

Terry was born in Augusta, GA to Eddie and Charlene Cox on October 8, 1957. He went to school at Evans High School. He married Martie Graham on March 3, 2000 in Aiken County, South Carolina. He was a member of the Local 150 pipe fitters’ union and worked as a pipe fitter for many years. Terry was die hard GA Bulldogs fan and deer hunter.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Terry is survived by his wife, Martie; sons, Thomas Cox and Connor Cox and stepsons, Dustin Graham and Christopher Graham; granddaughters, Skyler, Harper and Jade Graham; sisters, Debra (Joe) Powell, Donna (Jimmy) Best and Melanie Cox; nephews, Joseph Powell and Joshua Steward and nieces, Leila Best and Amber Powell.

The family request in leu of flowers, memorials may be given to their favorite organization in Terry’s name.

The family of Terry wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the staff of Piedmont Healthcare’s 6th floor ICU.

Visitation will be held 6-8 PM Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Fairhaven Funeral Home. In Terry’s true fashion, please no dress clothes instead wear your favorite sports, GA Bulldog or camouflage attire.
