Teresa Duke Lanier, age 52, of Augusta, passed away Friday, December 6, 2013, at her residence with her family surrounding her. She was preceded in death by her father, Hiram Duke. She is survived by her mother, Pat (Wilder) Duke of Augusta, GA., and her son, Joshua Lanier of Augusta, GA. Family will receive friends Monday 12 Noon to 1 pm at THE POTEET FUNERAL HOME, 3465 Peach Orchard Rd. HWY 25, Augusta, 30906, 706.798.8886. Services will be Monday at 1 pm at the funeral home.Burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
