Shirley Jean Gottschalk

Mrs. Shirley Jean Gottschalk,82, wife of the late Mr. Frederick Gottschalk, entered into rest February 23, 2017 at her residence. Shirley a native of the Augusta area was a member of Good News Church and a retired LPN at St. Joseph Hospital where she worked with hospice patients. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 12:00 noon at The Good News Church with Pastor Matt Judd. Survivors include her daughters; Kimberlee Haapala (Mark), Leesa Matthews, Jennylee Gottschalk, Grandchildren; Dawn Matthews,Erika Woehler (Jason), Lyndsey Haapala, Jonathan Haapala and the late Zacharie Gottschalk and five great grandchildren. Sisters; Madeline, Joye, Cathy and Phyllis Memorial contributions may be made to Good News Church, 400 Warren Road, Augusta, Georgia 30907.
