Ms. Sherrie Ann Amerson Augusta, Ga., entered into rest August 26, 2016. Ms. Sherrie Ann Amerson, 56. Sherrie was born in Millen, Ga., and spent most of her life in the Augusta area. A memorial service will be conducted on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Rev. J. Todd Wiggins officiating. Sherrie is survived by her mother, Carolyn R. Flake; sons, Robert Amerson (Rebecca), Dennis Amerson; daughter, Angel Huitt (Wade); sister, Terri Leek (Tom) and seven grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday (today) from 2:00-4:00 pm.
