Shelvy Jean Cooper Raborn , 82, entered into rest September 29, 2019 in Buchanan, Virginia, wife of Joseph Randolph Raborn, Jr. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2019 at 3:00 pm at McNeill Funeral Home with Reverend Dewain French officiating, burial to follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service.
