Rosa Olinda Rossell was born on August 31, 1946, in Lima, Peru. She passed away peacefully at home on October 29, 2026, surrounded by the people she loved most—her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren.

Earlier this year, Rosa lost her beloved husband, Gustavo Rossell, who passed away in April 2026. Together, they built a beautiful family that became the center of Rosa’s life.

Rosa leaves behind her daughter, Romy; her son-in-law, Shane; her five grandchildren, Casey, Sophie, Ella, Erin, and Calvin; and her great-grandchildren, Levi and Zoe

More than anything, Rosa loved her family. She was happiest when everyone was together. It didn’t matter what they were doing—as long as her family was around her, she was happy. Some of the best memories were simply being together, laughing and enjoying each other.

Her grandchildren brought so much fun and laughter into her life. They were always taking funny pictures of her and making silly videos with her, and Rosa loved every minute of it. Those pictures and videos are now priceless memories of her smile, her personality, and the happiness she felt when she was surrounded by her grandchildren.

Rosa had the biggest heart. She was sweet, happy, loving, and had a way of making everyone feel welcome. She was loved by everyone she met, and anyone who knew her knew just how special she was.

And then there was her cooking. Rosa was simply the best cook ever. Cooking was one of the many ways she showed her love. Her food brought everyone together around the table and created memories that her family will carry with them forever.

Rosa’s greatest legacy is her family and the tremendous amount of love she gave them. Her family will miss her cooking, her smile, her laughter, and most of all, simply having her there.

She leaves behind countless memories, plenty of funny pictures and videos, and a family who will continue laughing, telling her stories, and loving her for generations to come.

Rest peacefully, Rosa, reunited with your beloved Gustavo. You were the heart of our family, and you always will be.
