Robert Vance Morton

Mr. Robert Vance Morton, 78, of Harlem, Georgia, entered into rest March 25, 2017 at Doctors Hospital, Augusta, Georgia. Vance a native of Albemarle, North Carolina, was retired from Federal Pacific and has lived in Harlem for the past 15 plus years. He is survived by his sons; Rodney Joe Morton, John Alan Morton, daughters; Shirley Darlene Smalling and Purlie Morton Page, nine grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren, sisters; Grace Sprinkle and Fronail Eury. He is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and four sisters, and his son, Van Scott Morton. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Albemarle Church of God with Rev.
