Mr. Richard Ted Carey, Sr. Wrens, GA. Mr. Richard Carey, Sr.,71, entered into rest Tuesday, September 22nd, 2015. Mr. Carey, a U.S. Army veteran, was a native of Anderson, SC. He is predeceased by his mother, Dorothy Norris, and daughter, Tracey Carey. He is survived by his father, Ted Carey; siblings, Greg Carey, Leigh Knight, Jimmy Lyon, Susan Legnetti, Amanda Carey, Diane Lollis, Charles Lyon, and Tommy Lyon; children, Richard Carey, Jr. (Kim), Monica Allen (Rex), and Dennis Carey (Yukie); and grandchildren, Heather Carey, Devin Venable, Alex Denton, Morgan Carey, Will Allen, Izzy Allen, Evan Carey, Sarah Carey, Lake Carey, and Skyler Carey. A visitation will be held from 2 – 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 27th at The William Daniell House (1170 Founders Blvd, Watkinsville, GA).
