Regina M. Kolosvary

Mrs. Regina M. Kolosvary June 10, 1933-September 13, 2014 Augusta, Ga. Regina, age 81, of Pittsburg, PA died peacefully in her sleep on September 13, 2014. Regina was a loving and devoted wife and mother who cherished family time, her deep faith and love of the Lord. She placed the needs of others ahead of her own and opened the door to family and friends. She always had a smile in her heart, openly shared her love, and enjoyed reading, gardening, and family dinners. Regina is survived by her daughter Gemma and son-in-law Jim Frock, daughter Kathlyn, and sons Matthew, John, Bruce, Peter and daughter-in-law Donna, grandson PJ and his mother Nancy. As one of 12 children, Regina is survived by her sisters Cathy and Bernadette and two of 9 brothers Tom and Regis. She was predeceased by her husband bill, daughter Deborah, and grandson Michael. She will be remembered for her enormous heart and service to others. As a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary in Pittsburgh, PA she served as a shut-in volunteer and Eucharist Lay Minister. Her deep faith was constant in her life and provided her peace and strength. The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the caregivers and staff of Augusta Gardens, Alliance Hospice, and the friends and colleagues who lent a hand or offered a kind word during the past five years.
