Ouida Evelyn Fowler

Ouida Evelyn Fowler, 89, of Clarks Hill, SC entered into rest on June 17, 2025 at her residence.

Mrs. Fowler was born in Doerun, Georgia to “Bud” and Roxy O’Neal on February 25, 1936. Ouida was married to Eugene Harvey Fowler until his passing in 2011.

She was a nurses aide for at St. Joseph hospital. She cherished her garden and her favorite flower was roses.

Ouida is survived by son, Darryl (Debbie) Fowler; daughters, Debbie Messina, Stephanie (Craig) Mountain and Shannon (Tim) Reep; 16 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband; parents; sons, Eugene Harvey Fowler, Jr. and Kenneth Fowler, Sr. and daughter, Penny Fowler.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11am on Friday, June 20, 2025 at Pineview Memorial Gardens, 450 W. Five Notch Rd. North Augusta, SC with Pastor Lance Thomas officiating. Pallbearing honors will be bestowed upon her grandsons.
