Mr. Cibak is survived by his wife, Carolyn Cibak; his mother, Mrs. Goldie Keilholtz Cibak, of Augusta; his daughters, Leslie Perdue and her husband, Emmett, of Harlem, and Melissa Vestal and her husband, Philip, of Harlem; his son, Paul Cibak, of Augusta; his nine grandchildren, Brice Vestal, Chance Perdue, Hallie Vestal, Paul Chandler Vestal, Peyton Perdue, Tripp Cibak, Abraham Cibak, Pierce Perdue, and Adelyn Cibak; his brother, Malcolm Cibak and his wife, Ravonna; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Anne and David Autsolief, Patricia Robinson, Ralph and Phyllis Dunaway, Michael Dunaway, Lizzie and Ronnie Nelson, David and Cyndi Dunaway, and Kathy and Marc (Peachy) Williamson; many loving nieces, nephews, and other family members.Mr. Cibak was preceded in death by his father, Michael Cibak, and by his brother, David Cibak.
