Marvin Alexander Hill

Marvin Alexander Hill, 59, of North Mississippi, passed away peacefully on July 18th, 2026, in Augusta, GA.

Marvin Hill was born in Memphis, TN to Ruby and Calvin Hill on September 22nd, 1966. He went to school at Magnolia Heights School in Senatobia, MS. He graduated from Memphis State University with a degree in Structural Engineering.

He had just started working as a Project Manager for Macuch Steel Products. He had an established career in the construction industry and was highly regarded by his peers and clients for his expertise.

Marvin is preceded in death by his father Calvin, mother Ruby, and brother Mike.

Marvin is survived by his sons, Alexander and Matthew; his daughter-in-law, Anna, wife of Matthew; his Fiancé, Maria; his sister, Joyce, and her husband, Charlie; and his brother, Bobby. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends who will cherish his memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in memory of Marvin Hill to the Mississippi Wildlife, Fisheries, Parks & Marine Foundation, in support of the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks. This tribute honors Marvin's lifelong love of hunting, fishing, and the outdoors while helping preserve Mississippi's wildlife and outdoor heritage for future generations.
