Martha K. Hamilton

Augusta, GA. Martha K. Hamilton, age 93, of Augusta, passed away Friday, August 22, 2014. She was born April 14, 1921 to the late Leymon and Mattie Holley Key.She was preceded in death by her husband, George Hamilton; a daughter, Harriette Hayes Boynton; 3 sisters and 5 brothers. She is survived by her 3 daughters; Doris Ann Hayes of Augusta, GA.; Annie Chavous Turnage of Jacksonville, N.C. and Estell Hayes Carter of Augusta, GA.; 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren. Family will receive friends Sunday 2 pm to 4 pm at THE POTEET FUNERAL HOME, 3465 Peach Orchard Rd., HWY 25, Augusta, 30906. Graveside Services will be Monday 10 am at Westview Cemetery with Rev. Billy Atkins, officiating.
