Marilyn Yvonne Thompson

Mrs. Marilyn Y. Thompson Evans, Ga., entered into rest January 8, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Marilyn Blackston Thompson wife of Mr. Carl H. Thompson. Marilyn a native of Forsythe, Ga., moved to Augusta when she was two months old. She was a Baptist and worked for ResCare as a Home Health worker. She graduated Glenn Hills High School in 1970 Graveside services will be conducted Saturday at 1:00 pm at Bellevue Memorial Gardens with Rev. Brian Cowart officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 pm. Pallbearers will be: Vernon Byrd, Larry Chavis, Johnny Fuller, Carl Thompson and Robert Blackston. Additional survivors include; son, Donnie Lively; daughter, Elizabeth Fulmer (Daniel); brother, Robert Blackston (JoAnn). Sister, Jayne Stidwell. Grandchildren; Jade, Britani, Kaitlyn, Sarah. She is preceded in death by her brother, Michael Williams and her son, J.J. Lively, Jr.
