Margie Lee Stapleton

Margie Lee Stapleton, 89, entered into rest February 12, 2022, wife of the late James C. Stapleton. Margie a native of Blackwood, VA, born to the late Benjamin H. and Elizabeth Burk Collins February 25, 1932. She lived most of her life in Augusta where she was a homemaker and a member of West Acres Baptist Church. She is survived by her son, James Daniel Stapleton (Georgie); daughter, Sandra Lee Stapleton Jacobs (Steven); grandchildren, Stacey Lee Bernritter, Jennifer, Helen, Ben and Daniel; great grandchildren, Haylee, Austin, Addison, Emmalyn, Kinley James, Taylor Lee, Matt, Madison and Jacob. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Virginia.
