He is survived by his son David Tanner, his daughter Pamela Faw, and two grandchildren,

Aaron Tanner and Christian Faw. He is a great-grandchild of Avery Grace Tanner.

Surviving brother is Bruce Tanner, surviving sisters are Toni Kilmer and Melanie Tanner.

He is preceded in death by Sherry Jenkins Tanner.
