Jesse Raymond Hill

Hephzibah, Georgia – Mr. Jesse Raymond Hill, of Hephzibah, entered into rest on Saturday, December 21, 2013.He was 85 years old. Mr. Hill is survived by his wife, Sigrid Hill; niece, Monika Warning and family; and several nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents, Bedford Carl Hill and Maryedda White Hill, two brothers, and three sisters. Mr. Hill was a veteran of the United States Army with 20 years of service.He was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 178, the VFW Post 649, and the Disabled American Veterans. A Memorial Service will be conducted on Friday, December 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at The Poteet Funeral Home Chapel, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, Georgia.Rev. John Bartlett will officiate.
