James Walser Jr. Mr. James Walser Jr., of Augusta, died on Friday, April 13, 2012.He was 90 years old.The family will receive friends tomorrow, Monday, April 16, 2012 from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at The Poteet Funeral Home, 3465 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta, 706.798.8886.The funeral service will follow the visitation tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.Committal services will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.Rev. Billy Atkins will officiate. Mr. Walser is survived by his wife of more than 54 years, Mrs. Marian Walser; his sister, Betty.He was preceded in death by his two sons, Joseph Walser and Clinton Walser.
