James "Buddy" Hoffman, Jr.

James “Buddy” Hoffman, Jr., 62, husband of Sharon S. Hoffman, entered into rest February 17, 2018 at his residence. James, a native of Darlington, SC, lived most of his life in the Clearwater, SC area. He was a manager for Southeastern Stages Bus Company and a member of Stevens Creek Church Augusta. He graduated from LBC High School, played baseball in high school and college, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USC. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11:00 am at Stevens Creek Church Augusta with Pastor Dave Willis officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 am. Additional survivors include his sons Kristopher Hoffman (Jessica), David Johnston (Jennifer), daughters September Epperly and Celeste Guerrero (Roman); brothers Robert Hoffman (Sheila), David Hoffman (Sandi), sister Angie Freeman (Mike); eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
