James D. Smith, 77, entered into rest October 28, 2022, at Piedmont Augusta Hospital, husband of Gwendolyn F. Smith. Mr. Smith was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, Additional survivors include his children, Judith D. Wall, David Y. Smith; Michael R. Smith; and James A. Smith; Four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A Celebration of his life will be held on November 24, 2022, at his residence.
