Eugene Gardenhire

Augusta, Georgia – Mr. Eugene Gardenhire, of Augusta, died on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. Mr. Gardenhire was born on October 28, 1948 in McCormick, South Carolina to Otis and Louise Gardenhire, both of whom have preceded him in death. Mr. Gardenhire leaves behind his loving wife, Barbara Gardenhire; four children, Youlanda Gardenhire (Chavis), Nakia Gardenhire (Accondra), Mario Patterson, Kevin Carswell; two sisters, Edna Mills, and Brenda Ruffin; two brothers, Mike Gardenhire, PeteGardenhire (Kim); nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren; four sisters in law, Etherine Howard, Bettye Jenkins (Mitch),Teresa Jones (Matthew), Wanda Flippins (Bruce); two brothers in law, Elbert Patterson and Alonzo Doyle (Berky); father in law, Otis Doyle (Diane), and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Services for Mr. Gardenhire will be conducted on Friday, July 4, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, 2103 Boykin Road, Augusta, Georgia 30906.
