Constance Iola Burgette

Constance Way Burgette, 68, entered into rest June 20, 2021 at her residence. Constance was born in Augusta, Georgia on October 17, 1952 to the late Lester Way and Maggie Smith Kelley and her husband T.C. Kelley. She worked at University Hospital and a homemaker. Survivors include her son, Vernon R. McKenzie, III, sisters, Sandra Turner (Mike), Leslie Force (Mike), Linda Owens (Harry), Judy Rainwater, three grandchildren, Joey, Jacob and Callie McKenzie. She is preceded in death by her parents and her son Christopher Burgette. Graveside services will be held at Grandview Memorial Parkin Clinton, NC Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Royal-Hall Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements in Clinton, NC.
