Charles Leverett

Charles Leverett entered into rest on Saturday, May 17, 2025.  He was born on February 13, 1952 to the late Lucille Leverett.  Charles Leverett was educated in the Richmond County School System.  He attended Weed Elementary, John M. Tutt and graduated from T. W. Josey in 1971.  At an early age he united with Olivet Baptist Church.  Charles had a passion for cars and was employed by The Checker Cab Company until his health started failing.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucille Leverett, and his brother, Tony Leverett.  Charles had a love for his family and he will forever be missed by his caregiver Denise McKie, his many cousins, co-workers, and a special friend, Margaret Lyons.
