Brenda Golden Enfinger, 82, took the hand of her loving Jesus on February 17, 2026. She was born in Graceville, Florida on August 16, 1943.
She joined her one and only love of her life, Jack, and her two sons, Rick and Jim, in Heaven.
She was known as “Nannie” to all who knew her. She loved all children with a giving heart and spirit. She had four children of her own but raised so many others.
She retired from Richmond County School nutrition program. She always made sure every child never went hungry. She would pay out of her own pocket to feed them a hot meal. She also ran the feed a kid program in the summer and worked the before and after school program.
Her love and calling to missions sent her to help share Jesus with the children in Africa.
She has two daughters, Sandra (Drew) Moore and Jackie (Vince) Alton; ten grandchildren, AJ (Liz) Moore, Bryan Moore, Katie (Brett) Bartlett, Michaela (Branden) Breuer, Jack Enfinger, Jesse (Kaitlynn) Enfinger, Jake Enfinger, Nathan (Topanga) Enfinger, Wendy (Daniel) Graham and Rikki (Bradon) Widener; 13 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
A very special thanks to the loving care team at Barclay House of Augusta and Heartland Hospice. Thank you for loving our beautiful “Nannie”.
A celebration of life, officiated by Pastor James King, will be held in the Mausoleum Chapel at Bellevue Memorial Gardens on Wrightsboro Rd. on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 11am.
