Bonnie L. Dixon

Augusta, GA. Bonnie L. Dixon, age 56, of Augusta, passed away Friday, August 16, 2013, at her residence with her family surrounding her. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Dorothy Smith Ussery and one son, Julian Paul Dixon. She worked for SRS as a Lab Tech for over 27 years. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Larry; one son, Kevin (Robin) Dixon of Augusta, GA.; one granddaughter, Abby Dixon of Augusta, GA.; 3 sisters, Deborah Ogles of Warner Robins, GA., Toni Newman of Augusta, GA., Dana Newman of Macon, GA., and one brother, William Ussery, Jr. of Augusta, GA. Family will receive friends Tuesday 6 pm to 8 pm at THE POTEET FUNERAL HOME, 3465 Peach Orchard Rd., HWY 25, Augusta, 30906, 706.798.8886. Funeral Services will be Wednesday 1 pm at the funeral home.Burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations may be made in Bonnie’s honor to Trinity Hospice.
