Bobbie was born in Atlanta to Lloyd and Edna Deavers on July 26, 1963. She married Royce Lee Tucker on April 20, 1980.
She is proceeded in death by her husband, parents, brother and grandson. She is survived by her spouse, David Martinez; daughter, Stephanie (Edward) Winters; sons, Christopher Lee Shoemaker and Christopher Michael Hembree; sister, Dorothy King; brother, Pete Deavers; 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
