Billy Fern Whitaker

Billy Fern Whitaker went to sleep in death at his home in Grovetown, GA on April 11, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his father, Johnson Whitaker; mother, Elsie Whitaker; brothers, Holliman Whitaker, Quinn Whitaker, Roy Whitaker, James Robert Whitaker; sister, Mae Willa Mason.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Whitaker; son, James (Jeannie) Whitaker; daughters, Eva (Jeff) Price and Karen (David) Rososki; grandchildren, Aaron Whitaker, Joshua Whitaker, Caleb Whitaker, Rachel Niederhouser, and Brandon Rososki; great grandchildren, Carter Whitaker, Kendyl Beegle, Lucy Niederhouser, Isla Rososki, Liam Rososki, and Elai Rososki; brother, Gene (Peggy) Whitaker and nieces and nephews.

He was a loving father and grandfather, Papa to his grandchildren, who loved life and loved God. He never met a stranger and would talk to anyone about the Bible, cars and dogs. He was a member of the Grovetown Georgia Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
