Betty Eleanor West

Betty Cambron West, 95, entered into rest at her residence on December 6th, 2020. Wife of the late Thomas E. West. Betty was born in Louisville, Illinois to the late Park Cambron and the late Erma Morris. She graduated from the Louisville Public School system with the class of 1943. She was a member of the Eastern Star and Square Dance Club in Illinois and was an avid reader, an excellent seamstress and quilter, and often enjoyed crossword puzzles and the game of Canasta. She became a resident of Augusta, Georgia, and became a member of Warren Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Park Cambron and Erma Morris, and Husband, Thomas West. Survivors include Daughters, Sharon Walters, Susan Stout, and Libby Legg, a Brother, James Cambron, a sister, Pat Roberts, a Grandson, Brent Walters, 4 Granddaughters, Lindsey Waldrop, Kristi Stevens, Amy Martin, and Casey Edwards, and 10 Great Grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Wednesday, December 16th, 2020 at 2:00 pm at Warren Baptist with Pastor Bret Legg officiating.
