Augusta, GA Betty L. Vowell, age 80, passed away Friday, March 8, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, William E. and Loma C. Owens Wright and her husband, George E. Vowell, Sr. She is survived by her children; George E. (Cindy) Vowell, Jr. of Birmingham, AL. and Pamela K. McElfresh of Augusta, GA.;6 grandchildren, Jessica, Christopher, Julie, Logan, Andrew and Matthew;3 great grandchildren, Sloane, Samantha and Sara.Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be Tuesday, 10 am, at Bellevue Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
