Alexes J. Thorpe

Some lives are measured not by the number of years lived, but by the love given, the lives touched, and the memories left behind.

On August 31, 2026, our beloved Alexes J. Thorpe departed this life at the age of 33. Although our hearts are broken by his absence, we find comfort in knowing that the love Alexes gave during his time with us will never be lost.

Alexes was born on August 24, 1993, in Plainview, New York, and was raised in Palm Beach County, Florida, where he lived for 27 years.

Alexes was a beautiful soul with a heart filled with kindness. He was gentle, loving, compassionate, and genuine—the kind of person whose presence could leave a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

He had a special love for all things nature and found beauty in the world around him. The peacefulness of nature reflected something beautiful about Alexes himself: a gentle spirit that will never be forgotten.

Although his time on this earth was far too short, Alexes gave those around him something that will last forever—the gift of his love, his kindness, his memories, and his presence.

His family and friends will miss his smile, his infectious laugh, his presence, and all of the little things that made him uniquely Alexes. There will be moments when the pain of his absence feels overwhelming, but there will also be countless memories that remind us just how blessed we were to have known and loved him.

Alexes leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Ann Marie Carter; father, Julio Thorpe; stepfather, Zeran Carter; siblings, Julian, Brianna, Bianca, and Zeruiah; nephews, Yosohn, Braydan, and Brighton; his Aunt Kaira; Great Grandfather Michael; and a host of beloved cousins, extended family members, ALL of his Aunties, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Ana Brown; Aunt Rachel; and maternal grandmother, Mary Ruggiero.

As we mourn the loss of Alexes, may we remember that grief is the price we pay for having loved someone deeply. May the memories of Alexes bring comfort when the tears come, laughter when the sadness feels heavy, and peace when we miss him most.

His life was a blessing.

His memory is a treasure.

His absence is deeply felt.

And his love will remain forever.

Until we meet again, rest peacefully, Alexes.

One Love!
